It is customary when purchasing any item from us for customers to fulfil the obligations of the machine manufacturer’s warranty. This usually involves a compulsory service plan based on the number of hours the machine has been in operation, or a set calendar date, or whichever comes first.
All sales are registered on our database and service schedules programmed for automatic reminders of the service date, the service type, and the parts and consumables that are likely necessary.
Within our team we have qualified time served trades staff and factory trained specialists available to provide mechanical and technical after sales support to our clients as well as during emergency situations.

Generator Servicing & Repairs
It is recommended that a standard service check on any JCB Generator sold by Pace Power and Air Ltd should be carried out in accordance with the manufacturer’s recommended service intervals. every six months or 500 hours of operation.
This may not only extend the service life of the generator but may also preserve its factory warranty.
Standard service checks include control panel, emergency stop switches, earth leakage, bus bar safety switch, load test operations and overall visual inspection. The service checks also include engine inspection, oil and coolant replacement, filter and drive belt condition, and alternator inspections.

Compressor Servicing & Repairs
It is recommended that a standard service check on any KAESER Compressor® sold by Pace Power and Air Ltd
should be carried out in accordance with the manufacturer’s recommended service intervals. This may not only extend the service life of the compressor but may also preserve its factory warranty.
Standard service checks include overall visual inspection, sigma control panel firmware updates, safety
shutdown operation, oil level and condition monitoring utilising laboratory-based oil sample analysis, filter
condition, leak detection, cleaning and operation of the ECODRAIN condensate drain. The service checks also
include checking the dryer function and cleaning the condenser as appropriate.
